Wow. Just wow. From the quoting process to installation, we had amazing service. Jeremy came out for the quote and was extremely knowledgeable. From the office, I worked with Amanda, who was incredible. She was friendly, professional, and maintained communication throughout the process. Now for the installation. We had Dave, Steve, and Ryan. These guys made sure we were all on the same page for what was getting done. They were very thorough with making sure our door replacement was better than the original door. We will definitely be using Window and Door Specialties again. Thank you, everyone, for the great experience.

I have used them to replace all my windows. They are fantastic! On time clean neat and quick. Fair pricing. Great to schedule for the 3 times they had to come out. Did the house in stages. Would recommend and use again. I have no worries with them.

As I have been with Window World for years, choosing another company to replace my window was not a consideration. Over the years, they have done considerable work to my home and my experience with their products and work has always been exceptional. Recently had bonus room window replaced, including the half moon, plus window shutters. All communication throughout was effective, thorough, starting with Chris. The day of, workers arrived on time, reviewed the work expected, replaced the windows and shutters without issue. They explained how the windows work (for cleaning purpose), were respectful, efficient, answered questions, cleaned up remnants, and took the old windows. Will continue to use for future projects. Love their website, strongly recommend. Thank you Window World and please thank your staff for all they do! RC

We needed to replace a bay window, Jeremy was our estimator, he was on time for our appointment & very knowledgeable. The estimate stated 8-10 weeks for installation, the window came in ahead of schedule and we had our new window in before Christmas! The installers, Dave & Steve were punctual, very professional and so kind, we had a birds nest on top of the bay window I forgot to ask them to save for me, and they preserved it without me having to ask them to. They were finished by mid afternoon and the window looks great!

The scheduling and in home evaluation for a quote was simple and easy. The technician was very professional. I had an issue with receiving a quote from this company, but it was eventually resolved. I sincerely appreciate their customer service in following up with me and rectifying the miscommunication. I’ll likely do business with them in the new year.

Great company from the time Kenny showed up to give us an estimate on 10 windows to the day Ryan showed up to instal the windows. Very professional business who will accommodate you in every way. Ryan is very talented at his job and takes pride in what he does. A+ Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Look closely for the big hole covered up with clear silicone caulk and new window stool. Installers left job before completing contract to install 12 sash replacement kits. Should’ve known my new casement window on the trailer window stack was damaged.

I used Window and Door Specialties last year around this time to replace half of my windows and they had not only the best price of the window installers I received quotes from, but they were one of the most adept from the conversation we had about the half rounds and rot around the windows. I used them again and they just finished installation yesterday on the other half of the windows, a sliding door, a storm door, and a dog door on my screened in porch area. Everything from both times looks and works great, and they have a pretty nice warranty, too. If I have any window needs in the future, I will be coming to them again.

We could not be happier with the conversion of our screened-in porch to a glass/window 4 season room! We love this new space. Kenny, our salesperson was polite and very thorough explaining the process. Our installer, Ryan, was fantastic. He was polite, pleasant, organized, and clearly a very experienced professional at window/door installations. He finished our project ahead of initial projections and keep all areas he worked in clean and tidy. Based on our experience with this installation, we could highly recommend this company.
