Micah from Best Fairburn Garage Door Repair came out to check my garage door opener, via my building warranty company. He was professional and completed the job with great efficiency. If I could give his company a zero, I would. I called them 3 times and they told me that, they would have a Technician to come out and fix my garage door (in between the hours of 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.). Well, I had to call back. Because they never showed up! Their call center is horrible! I talked to 3 different people and they just barely spoke English. So, it was hard to understand them and for them to understand me. So, we had to continuously, repeat ourselves. The quality of their telephone system is terrible. You can hardly hear them talking…And there is nothing wrong with my hearing! How about this company had the nerve to call me back, the next day! Telling me that, they were coming out to my house. I immediately put a stop to it. I told them that the job had already been done and it was done, when I needed for it to be done! And that their “Come when I want to come” service, was no longer needed!

we’ve occasionally had issues with our garage door opener in the past. finally, i concluded that it was time for a new one, and the installation carried out by the team at best fairburn garage door repair was top-notch. craig and tristan managed the job professionally, spotting and fixing extra problems. if need be in the future, i would certainly opt for ruben and jeffery from the same fairburn-based team.
