I built a new house about a year ago and had The Doorhouse install the garage doors and everything went well. It was recently noticed that the hardware on the main garage door had become loose and the opener was not aligned properly. I called their office, spoke to Taylor and she scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. About a week later Kelly and Jarod came out for the appointment and fixed the problems in a short period of time. Great customer service and follow up.

The Doorhouse replaced 2 openers/springs for me and did a great job. Everything was installed quickly and works without issue. The prices were very reasonable compared to other stores I got quotes from. Would definitely recommend!

Doorhouse did a lousy job. Cost us $154…charged full amount and tech couldn’t fix car clicker as requested after he spent lots of time reading car owners manual….did sell us a new universal clicker when we already had 2 good ones. Called Taylor who could care less we were not satisfied A rip off job.. Did not fix Entry Pad

Tayler did a great job on my repair over a year ago. He was prompt, friendly, communicative, and got the job done quickly. The costs are very reasonable. A year later, I had a separate issue come up just this week, and I immediately knew I wanted to call up The Doorhouse again!

New doors and openers installed in 2020. Great service, very reasonable prices. Since then we’ve had 2 instances where we needed them to come out and look at the door for an adjustment and both times they came out quickly and in our case there was no additional cost for the simple fixes. Highly recommend.

Tayler (on the Everett desk) and Kelley (service technician) did an Outstanding job analyzing my clicker problems, scheduling the repairs, and getting the repairs made at a reasonable cost. I recommend these people. JM

Husband drove all the way up there (a Tuesday morning ) after all indications confirmed it was open… Outgoing phone message, online Google hours, website all said it was open now. The signs on the actual shop say it should be open! Nope. No one in sight. Closed. Thanks for wasting his time.
