From estimate to install the team was very professional,courteous and friendly.Nick and Pete did a fabulous job installing and capping our new windows. Old 55 year old crank windows were so drafty we used 3 layers of plastic during the winter season. We replaced 2 of those windows and instead of 3 layers of plastic I will be able to get away with one layer since condensation forms between the sashes. I will try someone else next time I need to replace a window.

Window World did a stunning job with our windows. We are very satisfied with the finished product! Before we had windows that didn’t even open, but now we do and just in time for the summer breeze. Everyone that we spoke to from Window World was extremely professional, kind and helpful and I mean everyone from the salesman that came to our house to discuss the options available, to the service representatives over the phone and the installers. I will recommend them for years to come. Well worth the money!!!!!

Window World of Erie came highly recommended by good friends and they exceeded our expectations! The windows are beautiful and SO easy to open and close! Everyone from the office people to the person that provided the estimate and the person that measured to the installers were awesome! We have real oak on our wall of windows and there was not even a scratch on them. We highly recommend them!
