I had all of my basement windows replaced a couple years ago. They have not held up. Unfortunately the outside mortar is crumbling and they need redone. The installer was super nice and accommodating but the guy who came to bid the job (he might be the owner?) was rude and condescending. He scolding me for not having everything removed from the basement and said something along the lines “well if you were my daughter…!” I didn’t appreciate that and I do not recommend them.

I had Dave and his crew do my two houses in Edinboro and everything went great until it didn’t. A few windows seals failed within the first few years. Dave replaced 2 or 3 glass inserts at first but as more failed Dave disappeared. Won’t stand by the product and won’t return calls.

Needed siding and roofing replaced due to hail damage. Dave was quick with his estimates and the prices were very reasonable. The crews were professional and efficient. Also had windows replaced at my Father-in-law’s house. All the work was done quickly and looks great. Would definitely use Advanced Windows again in the future.

. Love our new windows. 21 new windows professionally installed. Great crew. Barely new they were there. Cleaned everything up. House is so much warmer. Dave kept all of his promises. I 100 percent recommend advanced window.

Beautiful work. Our house was in desperate need of new siding and David was quick to respond & drive out with information. His crew had the job done in 1.5 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with the way it looks.
