I had three quotes and these guys were by far way better priced for the same type of windows. Jim is extremely nice and very honest. They don’t try to sell you the next best thing. They listen to what you want and make it happen. I highly recommend these guys.

Weather Trade Windows was just what we needed! We had lots of other quotes with many sales reps. Jim was quick and honest with his quote and was the one to personally install the windows. Quote came back much lower than the others and the quality was great! Very happy with the results.

I contacted Weather Trade Windows and the estimate was very economical compared to the competitors and gave WTW the go-ahead that very same day. The job was started on time and was completed on time. The workmanship and the communication throughout the job was great. Jim has a lot of knowledge regarding window and siding installations. I am very satisfied with the results as our house now has improved insulation properties with a very appealing curbside appearance. I will recommend WTW to anyone with a future of updating the exterior their home.

Under budget and ahead of schedule! I chose WTW because of their outstanding reviews and now I understand how they got them. Communication was great throughout and the estimated price was actually lowered to reflect actual costs. And the quality of work was great. Honest pricing, punctual, quality work. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Every business should be run like Jim Schnarr runs WTW. Highly recommend!

Actively ignored voicemails and declined my phone calls. Missed several drop off dates with no communication. Very unprofessional over the phone and never delivered products. TL/DR: My wife and I purchased a home in August 2019. The seller confirmed that screens for the house windows and sliding glass doors would be delivered by Weather Trade Windows (the sellers window contractor) by closing. Through the process of closing on the house- communication with Weather Trade Windows was spotty at best. The screens for the windows were delivered and installed 2 weeks late, and they forgot the sliding door screens. After Jim Schnarr, owner of Weather Trade Windows, stated he would deliver the missing screens- he requested I follow up with him over the phone to ensure he remembered. After 3 months of calling and reminding Jim to deliver the missing screens, he committed to deliver the screens on November 12th. I stayed home all day awaiting his arrival- and gave him a call around 10am that day to confirm delivery- and HE NEVER SHOWED UP. He declined calls from my wife and me from there on. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and asked for mediation- and Jim never responded. I am disappointed and shocked by the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend him or his business to anyone.

Weathertrade recently installed 12 windows and sliding glass door in our house. Jimmy was honest and did an excellent job. We were very impressed with the quality, price, timeliness and communication. We’ve already seen a big drop in our energy bill. We would definitely use weathertrade windows again!

I cant say enough great things about this company! Quick service, quality products and best price I could find in the industry! I highly, highly recommend this company and would use them again. I loved that they are local and they use an American made product. Installation was thorough, quick and beautiful clean up. Pleasingly happy all around. ☺
