Grande Vista installed accordion style sliding glass doors that open our back wall out to the backyard. We love entertaining guests in this space now and get so many compliments. They were professional and prompt and we are beyond pleased. Thank you Carlos!

I had my patio windows replaced in 2012. The installers were Fantastic! However, this yr, 2022 when I had the windows washed the man who is a tri-athlete over 6′ couldn’t remove the windows as I’m on the 3rd floor and cannot wash the outer windows. This summer I called Carlos who is the owner, I assume, gave me a choice of having someone come out who would be in the area to stop in to take a look at the problem. Or pay $100 trip charge to schedule an appointment. I opted for waiting. Today, 12-1-2022, I called Carlos and said I was still waiting for someone to come out. Now the weather is getting colder and I am unable to lock the windows as there is a draft. He said there was no one available and I could make an appt. and the charge would now be $150. I’ve had to talk with this individual before and found him EXTREMELY rude and not at all wanting to deal with my issue without charging me. He didn’t offer to meet me half way, he said, “I’m not in business for free”. I called him in 2018 when the window washer had a problem with lifting the windows out as the windows are 5′ tall and need someone with some strength to lift them out. He says he cares about his customers, well, I have a very difficult time believing that statement. Boy does he change his story for public consumption. Buyer beware!!

They said it would take 8-10 weeks for doors to come in, 6 months later still no doors and they haven’t returned my very large deposit despite numerous phone calls. Do not use this company unless you want to get screwed and wind up in small claims court!!

Original dealings positive until details on paper/payment. Years later……..NOW. Company(Amerimax) sold and overall experience from Corporate… AND dealer Both…. Made it clear that any warrantied parts and questions regarding installed window seals,locks,etc were unimportant,with NO interest in customer service offered. Fort Collins Corporate .passed inquiries to installer who was quick to end a phone contact…also same to email. Will see if part/contact happens if/when in stock.(6-8 weeks for window locks) And attitude differs for help to fix insulation seals .. currently water and cold air leaks. Is this to be *expected* treatment as a former customer (most under warranty). ??

I have used Grande Vista on 3 homes in the past and have had a great experience every time. I wish I could experience service this great on all of my projects. The owner Carlos is a true professional and helped me every step of the way. His installer Tom was also great to work with and really knows what he’s doing. My most recent window replacement was for 40 windows with some tough arcs that were a breeze for Tom. He actually carved custom templates by hand and the windows fit perfectly. The cost was very fair and most important of all the windows look amazing. I highly recommend Grande Vista!

Carlos and his team at Grande Vista Windows were great to work with. I recently had 9 windows replaced in my rental and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The windows look great!!

Carlos and Grande Vista Windows replaced all the exterior windows on our building. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and above all supplied a top of the line product which saved us thousands of dollars so far in heating and cooling. I recently completed my first, large scale commercial project including large exterior windows and automated door systems. I received really great product recommendations and excellent customer service. Installation was seamless and completed on time. I look forward to working with Grande Vista again on future projects.
