I was remodeling my basement and needed custom shorter doors that would fit under ductwork. Kelly helped me throughout the entire process by helping me choose the right type of door, educating me how to measure, and ordering the variety of custom doors needed for my basement. I was able to install every door without a hiccup and they fit perfectly! Came with our desired hardware finish too!! Thanks Kelly and Central Trim

Gave them one star because I couldn’t give them zero. Less than one year after exterior door installation the lamination on the door started to break down and weather the doors extensively. Response was check with contractor, looks like water damage. Water damage? It’s an exterior door, of course it’s going to be exposed to weather 🤦‍♂️. I’d not recommend working with this company.

I provided the SKUs for my handle sets and instead of looking at the manufacturer notes, they took wayfair’s product description page notes and used those in their door prep. I now have a door without a dummy handle because it needed to be bored in the shop prior to arrival and they are unwilling to take it back and fix it due to liability concerns.

We love this place! They always go above and beyond for us, we have been ordering from them since 2010. Bill and Kathy have always been wonderful and easy to work with, today I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin. We have used them for new builds, remodels, and today just to replace a single door. We highly recommend Central Trim!
