Aggressive sales tactics, including the oldest trick in the book, the old “let me call the owner and see if we can work out a better deal.” It’s clear that you’re not serious about doing a job for me if you’re bidding $9400 to install some new windows. Oh, but wait– you can get me a 10% discount? Oh, wait, that’s still thousands of dollars more than I should be paying for this. “Oh, you can do the Standard, but we don’t recommend it. We recommend the Pro option, which happens to be a $2000 premium on the Standard.” Bro, why the hell would you sell quality windows that you don’t recommend? Get real– this ain’t my first rodeo. They clearly don’t know how insulation or moisture science work on wood windows, either. I know it is not their expertise, but like, we DO have the internet and we can read about things that happen in the outside world, even if most of us never leave our homes.

I just called this place to ask if they make a double pane glass for a door. The guy who answered the phone was very rude. It was just a simple question. Just asking. Because I didn’t know if they do. But he was somehow so defensive as soon as I asked, and went like “Man, we don’t deal with door. Period.” He could have answered in different way. Not sure why they have some good reviews on google, but if you don’t want to feel bad, you shouldn’t call this place.

I just needed a few windows replaced and they gave me a ridiculous price. The sales representative tried to convince me into getting all my windows being replaced and wasn’t very nice over the phone. Make sure you have a big job for this company, they will just waste your time.

Truly disappointed. The initial job they did for me was pretty professional. I liked their work and haven’t had issues with the windows. They replaced at least 5 windows, some in custom sizes. There were some minor issues but overall they’d get 4/5 stars for that. I marked them significantly lower because of a follow-up that I did with them several years after. Two of my windows cracked and I asked for an estimate to replace them. I called them back, satisfied with the first job they did. They sent out a guy, probably Mario, and he looked at the windows and said he’d prepare and estimate. He never did. I followed up about every month, with no response or a lukewarm “I’ll look into and get back to you.” They never did anything. Finally, several months later, I wrote them and they told me that I’d be last in line to get any work done. They basically didn’t care that they left me hanging all that time and asked that I just get in the cue. I’m going with someone else for anything after this. Great way to lose customers.

I’m a General Contractor most of my jobs are on the peninsula, This guys are not honest when it comes to scheduling. Communication, and pricing is really bad. I had the worst experience ever Mario tries to talk nice over the phone but he is not honest with pricing, scheduling and changes the subject. They made a mistake on my window and didn’t want to fix it. Instead he wanted to charge me over $1,200. For few pieces of 1/2 trim to fix the window on top of the $1,700. Dollar for the wrong window. Almost a $3000.00 dollars for a 40″ x 48″ window. Customer service is not there. And not honest. The prices are redicusles, not on time they said one thing over the phone and is another. Worst experience ever.

Told one price given another. Told it would be done in two weeks then when I called they said it would be another week, at the end of that week we were told they still were not finished. Then the brought it at the end of the next day, which left us no time to install. We had to keep pushing back our customer which reflects bad on us. This place has low integrity and does not keep its promises.
