Beware of this fraudulent business! They overcharged my credit card by $200 more than what was agreed upon. When I received the invoice, it was clearly a fake. The item descriptions and amounts didn’t add up, and there were additional charges that I never authorized. I called their customer service, but every person I spoke to seemed disinterested and fake. They gave me generic responses and never addressed my actual concerns. It felt like I was speaking to bots rather than real people. After reading through the reviews again, I realized all the positive comments were likely fake. This business is not real; it’s a scam designed to overcharge and deceive customers with fake invoices and fake people in customer service. Do not trust them.

This place was recommended by our handyman. We called and they sent a technician right away to fix our 3 garage doors. A young man Adem showed up don’t let his young appearance fool you. He was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed all 3 doors with ease. Afterwards we noticed a noise coming from one of the doors. We called them back and they sent him back same day to evaluate the situation. He quickly discovered and resolved the problem. Answered all of our questions addressed all of our concerns and also educated us on what we needed to do next time if it occurs again. Very happy with their service!

Family owned and operated with professional, polite and knowledgeable staff and techs. Have done business with them twice and I find them trustworthy with very reasonable and fair pricing (compared to others who wanted to upsell and gouge) . Most importantly, you can count on them to do the work right and stand behind it. Highly recommend them without hesitation.

Answered my call right away, Dino did a great job as he figured out the problem right away I had a broken spring and he replaced both of them under 30 mins with a fair price too will recommend this company to family and friends.

I just wanted to say what a great experience we had tonight with the repair technician, Dino. He was super professional, hard working, and thorough. Didn’t just fix the problem and move on… went above and beyond and explained things I should be doing to maintain the door. (Lubrication, chain adjustment, etc) I just had a snapped cable, but now I have two new cables, a quieter door, and the door closes all the way to the bottom. (I used to have a small gap) I was just really impressed. Thanks again for the quick response!

Technicians are good. They already replaced my garage door opener for the double door and are scheduled to change the opener for another garage door. I had an issue/misunderstanding with the company and it was resolved. Changing the rating to 5 stars. Update: We had a new repair request. Excellent experience. The technician showed up in time. Did repair within half an hour.
