30 yr old house needed new doors & windows Mike Venegas at El Paso window got my business. The total project was 16 thousand dollars. Instalation was okay, I am happy with windows and doors. However once they have your money you have heard the last of them, they never came by to check up on the ijnstalation and after numerous phone calls, messages left, and emails, I could not get them to follow up with paper work required for me to get the rebate from E P electric. In retrospect I could have probably gotten my windows for a little better price from a company that cares about customer service -I wont be going back-would not recomend them.

Product is fantastic, but there’s ZERO service after the fact. So buyer beware! Good luck on replacements for warranty issues, even simple repairs. The installers did a fine job, but that’s just contract work. I’d stay far away.

I had 11 windows installed within 2 days. The crew was extremely proficient, efficient and professional. They cleaned up as they went and above and beyond when it came to friendliness. I recommend El Paso Window Co to everyone looking to install replacement windows at an affordable cost. They won’t break the bank, they provide a quality product and they do it in an extremely time efficient manner. Great company at an affordable cost. 🙂

After the windows and doors are installed you will never hear from them again. Over the last 3 years I have called them about problems many time, they have NEVER returned a phone call. I have now been waiting 2 months for a replacement part on a door. When I do get to talk to O.. he just says “they said they were sending it”. This goes on week after week. There is zero customer service. Use ANYONE else.
