Miguel and Danny were amazing!! They are very professional and prompt! They do quality work and explain the process. I appreciate that they worked with me Christina was super helpful as well. Very good prices on a specialty sized door. You should give businesses like this your work!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I called Bakers Glass to inquire about the Dyer. Location. I was told the Dyer location hours have been adjusted and are only open for walk ins on Thursdays. The peeson I spoke with was very knowledgeable and invuted me to visit the Montana location if I did not want to wait till Thursday. I drove to the Montana store and I was immediately assisted with my request. They werw able to cut some glass for my personal needs and had me walking back out in no time. They can also special order if they are not able to meet your glass needs. Very efficient transaction!

Gave me a date to come out for an estimate and then said it was scheduled for the next day. I was ok with that, and was looking for a time frame. When I got transferred to another man, I was told they have no schedule and he cannot get to me until sometime later in the week, but he doesn’t know what day or what time. I asked for clarity and he kept talking over my questions and then degraded to speaking to me as if I’m a child. All I asked for was a repair estimate, and an accurate day/time so we can work out the scheduling issue. The man I spoke to then said he didn’t know who told me that they could come out (today) (I called last week). I then said I didn’t get his name. Then I asked who I was speaking to now, and his response is “I’m the Manager. You’re speaking to the manager.” Again, no name. Our call ended with him still being rude and telling me if I am not willing to “work with them” then to call somebody else. I asked for a recommendation of other companies and he said “you can use your phone and find out.” I miss the people on Dyer St. They were professional. Thanks to this ordeal with the east side office, I do NOT Recommend Baker Glass anymore. The Manager himself ruined my experience. Do not call the this office.
