Took our money, didn’t install all of the windows we paid for, skipped installing screens on almost all of the ones they did actually install, then never came back to finish the job. It’s been almost 6 months and they can’t even be bothered to return voicemails.

Blaine came out, explained the windows, the warranty their pricing and gave a demonstration. The windows sell themselves they are that good. Price was well within reason for what you get with the warranty and quality. Had I not had substantial prior financial costs within the year I certainly would have taken their phased program with 12 month 0 financing. Really good product really good people.

Great product and service by Apex windows. Very professional staff that doesn’t compromise on the quality of customer service. They were very courteous to make sure the house stayed clean by not wearing shoes indoors and thoroughly cleaning around the area of replacement and windows. After the service, I have noticed very positive changes like like the noise reduction, less dust in the home, the furnace/AC not kicking on as much. The windows are super easy to clean and thick paint windows do protect you from UV rays.
