Torsion spring broke last night. Called Metro at 8:30am and they had a tech at my house by 11:30am. Eric, the tech walked me through the inspection and make suggestions of items that needed attention. Completed all repairs by 2:30pm. Walked me through the quarterly maintenance to perform on the door and system to prevent future issues. Eric did a great job.

Metro garage door responded to repair my door. Eric was the tec on duty, and I found him to be polite, professional and dedicated to this company. He explained things ro me in detail and what options I had in the repairs. He also advised me of the cost to help me make a decision on which way to go. If for any reason i need their service again I would request Eric. His rating deserve a ten not a five…

I saw a representative a couple of doors down from my house working I asked him if he had time to look at my garage. He told me to call in because he was full I did and they sent someone straight out. Cameron came out. I showed him what was wrong with the garage. He did an assessment and he gave me worse. The best scenario what needed to be done and the cost very pleasant very professional, he did the work in a timely fashion. He told me to inspect showed me the pieces he replaced and we finished up. Very good job.
