WOW! What an amazing experience by Renewal and in particular the install team. Krzystof and his team, Serge, Jura, Wowa, Matti, Igor, Jaro, Nicola and really all the guys involved were the UTMOST of professional and HARD workers!! I wish I could give them more starts! They were incredibly professional, nice, funny, creative, clean, prompt, went the extra effort…just a fantastic team and they deserve a raise for sure! From 7Am until 8:30 at night these guys worked their you know what off and not at one time did they ever stop or look like it was a big deal. Just a great job guys! Now for the windows and doors! The outcome is better than we could have ever imagined!!! We no joke have a new house and we can’t be more happy that we chose Renewal! The quality of these windows/doors has lived up the expectation that was set from Day 1. Don’t hesitate to consider this experience to truly transform your home and frankly your families livelihood! Renewal by Andersen is simply the best company in existence. Their process, people, and products are second to none. Lukas, my install project manager, is a pleasure to work with. I signed up to win free windows from Renewal by Andersen at a street festival. I spent a good amount of time chatting with the sales rep there about how I would replace some windows if I won, but otherwise, it wasn’t an immediate priority for me and wasn’t something I was planning on for the next few years. On my entry form, I did NOT check the box indicating that I was interested in an in-home consultation. Four days later, someone from Renewal by Andersen called me to schedule the in-home consultation I had apparently requested. The same thing happened to my friend, even though she also told the representatives at the festival that she was not interested in a consultation, so my situation doesn’t appear to be a one-off or a mistake. What’s the point of giving me the option to opt out of the consultation if it’s going to be ignored? And if Renewal by Andersen will break its word immediately about something so inconsequential, why would I trust anything this company says or does? This situation has only ensured that whenever I do shop for new windows for my condo, this will be the first business I absolutely know I won’t consider.
