This last week had a problem with my garage door opening, my son Scott Pritchard suggested WDDoor and Brad Wharff sent technician Bob & Justin to fix my problem. I was very happy with the service and delighted with the price. I will use them for all my garage door problems in the future.

Just bought a house that was ~2 years old. Our garage door wasn’t closing all the way leaving a small gap on one side, and the Delden sticker was in our garage so I gave them a call. Turns out there was no cable installed on one of the sides of the garage door, so they installed that, but then the garage door didn’t open all the way after the tech installed the cable. The tech said the wrong spring was installed on this garage door, and they would call me to set up a time. Ok fine… but aren’t these the guys who installed the wrong spring in the first place? Whatever, I paid for the new cable and waited to get my call for the next appointment. 3 days passed and I heard nothing, so I finally decided to give them a call and they said they had scheduled me for the next day (without talking to me and confirming with me that time would work with my schedule). I kept getting handed around between customer service, payments, and the scheduler which seemed to lead to miscommunications, including my name being wrong in their system. They come, install the new spring and everything works, but I’m pretty annoyed at this point that I’ve paid for the cable that wasn’t ever installed in the first place and paid for the new spring to replace the incorrect one. The odds the previous owner did anything to mess with the cable or the spring in just 2 years seems extremely unlikely. Seems much more likely it would’ve been Delden’s mistake from the beginning. Overall, not super happy that I spent close to $400 for what is more than likely their own mistakes from 2 years ago. Also communication was poor. But they did resolve the issue with the garage not closing all the way which is why this isn’t a 1 star review.

Amazing team! I was in a very stressed and risky situation with my garage door opener. They made schedule changes to accommodate me. You don’t find service like that any more. Highly, highly recommend.

Technician was awesome worked quickly and was knowledgeable and polite. My problem was with I scheduled early morning was told around 730-8 am management decided to have safety meeting technician didn’t show until after 9am.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my garage door late on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone to my house Sunday night as we needed to get our vehicles out of the garage early Monday morning. The service technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. For any garage door needs I suggest Deldon, they have a customer for life.

Mr. Rick Vinson, has good quality doors. Will charge you for every inconvenience you may have. Will send out BROKEN product knowing you’ll call back and itll be a service fee to come out and fix if for you. This person doesn’t believe in equality, and has different pricing for every costumer based on how much he likes you or how much of an inconvenience you were for him. He is rude and disrespectful to his employees and unprofessional to the ones breaking their back for his business.

Bent over backwards to get me what I needed…better prices than chain lumber yards. This has been my second trip to Delden in over 20 years…their doors are that high quality!!!
