Yikes! They presented well upfront but once you get in there, you don’t have an honest understanding of what you’re buying. They charged me hundreds of dollars of labor they never performed and only when i called them out did they return (some)of it back. They charged 3x for low grade trim material. When I tried to return the unused material they said they had already discounted enough when they, after being found in the wrong, partially returned the labor they initially tried to charge me for. To close, the owner walks around the shop burping and no one remembers your name. I would buy a door from somewhere else.

We had a fantastic experience with Phil from The Door Store. He installed a new door in an open doorway in our home efficiently and with attention to detail. We had great communication with him, and he was wonderful to work with.

Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience . The location had a faint but definite smell of rotten milk, and the smell of the men that came to install was not much better. Phil was extraordinarily rude to me during the install asking “if I could find something better to do”. In my own home! This was half a year ago and now the second door from them creaks like a bullfrog. Just wish I had went with a different door company overall

I was very happy to work with The Door Store to get a new front door installed for my house in Curtis Park, Denver. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and the door is beautiful and they did a great job with installation. They showed up on time and completed the job in 1 day despite one of Denver’s famous late spring snowstorms. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their door & doorframe.

We love our new door!!! It’s gorgeous and the quality/service cannot be beat. The Door Store provided a completely seamless experience from day one. We met with Jim Lord over a year ago and when it was finally time to replace our front door, we picked up exactly where we left off without any issue (thanks for your patience!) They went above and beyond by installing out of their general service area. The door is gorgeous mahogany wood, stained in walnut color with beautiful flemish glass. The install guys were friendly and we couldn’t believe how quick and seamless install was! We appreciate you all! Thank you!!!

We bought an exterior door from the Door Store and are very happy with the result! Their selection is complete, and they are very willing to work with you to meet your needs. Most of all, their field people and installation crew are first class! They know their business and are very professional, clean, and efficient. The end result was excellent! The only caveat I would have is the process can be slow and the communication on status isn’t the best. However, they are honest and thorough – in the end the actual cost was below the estimate as something they assumed was need was not. They could have fooled me, but they didn’t and knocked a few hundred dollars off the final billing. You can’t beat that!

The Door Store did an amazing job installing our double front door. Most places don’t do double doors so it was great that The Door Store did. Also being able to go in person makes it a much easier process to see the options in person. They also stand by their work and came back to do a minor fix for installing a sensor.

The French doors we put on our home office was streamlined through the door store. Looks great and keeps the office quiet while working.
