STAY AWAY!!! From this company. Worst workmanship and service. Purchased a Lennar house that Monogram was paid to install all the windows. At least 3 windows do not open. One physically has broken balance rod sticking out of it. There are no matching window dividers and not a single window was supplied with screens! I have called at least a dozen time and they dodge my calls and never return my calls. DO NOT USE Terrible product, customer service and people with zero integrity. They only want your money!

Horrible service! we got a cracked window in our bedroom installed 6 months ago. They have come out twice and brought the wrong replacement window. Now, they don’t answer emails nor phone calls. This is a safety concern at this point. TERRIBLE!!

The only good reviews this company has is from the past owner friend’s. I have been trying to schedule an appointment to place a windows screen for 1.5 years. When I call they are always on vacation or busy with other customers or at lunch. I will contact my builder from now on. They are a huge waste of time. If you are looking for a frustrating window company. They are it.

Worst, most incompetant, company Ive ever worked with. Bought a new contruction home, in Jan 2020, and from before we even closed on the house there were issues with windows and doors. It has now been 2.5 years, literally, and they have still not resolved there own issues. Every single appointment, without exception, an installer or service tech, tells me they are sorry, they either 1. dont have the right equiptment. 2. Dont have the right parts 3. Didnt get enough time scheduled to fix it. 4. Just…dont know why it wont work. Every time they leave and tell me the “office” will call you and tell you whats happening, and that never happens. Every appointment is weeks or months from the next and when asked why, its “because they have other clients to get to”. 2.5 years and they now for the first time ripped out the original frame they installed saying THEY originally installed it wrong. Ripped out a frame, ripped out stucko, ripped out sheet rock, ripped down blinds and ruined paint. And guess what, still no doors that fit properly, after 2 different attempts. But try to get a call back or straight answer from one of their employees and they will tell you youre lucky that they are still trying to fix something “our of warranty”. Im cracking up laughing its so ridiculous.

unfortunately my home builder used this company for my windows. I closed on my house in Jan and we found that they forgot to install the window guards to keep the windows from going side to side. I have scheduled numerous appts with them and still not resolved. they came out one day and asked us what window needed the item when we informed him the whole house he told us he did not have enough parts to complete the job and would have to reschedule. We heard nothing from them until i opened another ticket with my builder. they scheduled the appt for a month a way from the ticket and the day of the appt they called and stated the installer is unavailable and they need to reschedule the appt again. the worst customer support i have ever seen. Absolutely the worst company you will ever work with. They schedule you and don’t make their appointments. They don’t follow up on issues or promises. They have poor communication. Poor materials and poor customer service. Do not work with them or hire them. They state they have changed management but still suffer from the same issues. Beware!!!!

I could literally spend hours going into detail all the things that have gone wrong since dealing with this company. Truly have never dealt with such incompetence in my entire life. Save yourself months (maybe years) of problems and stay away.

This company is the WORST!! They have really bad customer service!!. I bought a new construction house and they have been coming into my house for 1 year from warranty and they haven’t fixed my issue. After 7 attempts already they brought the “New” screen door for my sliding door BROKEN This is UNACCEPTABLE and then they make you wait months for service!!.. Don’t waste your time on them!!
