My middle hinge in the garage is broken. Raynor qc tech came out for 5-10 min and said it cant be fixed and I need to get a whole new garage door. They charged me $100 just to look at it for 5-10 min and give me an estimate of ~$2100 for a new garage door. I called another garage company and they came to fix my middle hinge for less than $250!The garage is working perfectly now. This company is a scam and just wanted to take your money. They charge you $100 for 10 min and it’s not even prorated. They just tell you to get a new garage door that cost over $2k. You better off calling a different garage company. Not Recommended.

Raynor was great to work with and overall a great company! Cody came out ordered the garage door I was wanting and it was put up within the following few weeks! I’ll always suggest raynor to anyone needing a new garage door!

I am impressed with the Quality of workmanship with Raynor door.We always use this company.Today Nick & Dylon installed new garage door opener,with touch pad,and sensor lights ,trim on sides & even programed garage.They were both very kind with best attitudes.Thank you guys we will continue to use Raynor door & by the way the our garage door is super Quite.Love it.

Haven’t ever used this service but the employees are pretty rude and painfully unaware of their surroundings. Wouldn’t use or ever recommend this company based off employee interactions. Please remind your employees that they’re a representation of tbr company they work for when driving the vehicles and wearing their uniform.

I’m very displeased with service calls. Everytime it’s close to $100 to just come out in the last year they have had to be called at least three different times. The latest happened this past Friday. My new cables that were replaced a few short months ago by Greg were just dangling. This time it’s the torchen springs. So here we go with another service call charge and in a couple months probably another. I definitely would not use this company!

Called Tuesday afternoon about getting a new garage door opener installed they gave me a quote said it would be next week before they got to it and someone would call and schedule the service it’s now Friday morning and haven’t heard back from them.

Nothing against the workers or service. Just about the manufacturer themselves. The doors are trash hence the nickname rusty raynor. If u want a door that has 15 different sized nuts and bolts pick raynor. If u want drums that u can’t get a ratchet on pick raynor. If u want a full vision door get a raynor, you’ll probably be able to see through the rust holes by year 5.

Hate to give only 3. Service and install 5 stars plus….sales and management…….-67 stars. Sales was inattentive and dismissive. Never responded to emails or phone calls after the sale. Management rude and impersonal

Dallas came to our house to replace a broken bracket and did additional work without my permission. He replaced a part that wasn’t broke. I Do not recommend this company. We had to pay for something we didn’t approve or request.
