Our garage door spring snapped and left us stuck. One quick call to Garage Door Rescue and they were on the way. Not only were they very responsive, the technician was very polite and professional. He had the spring on the truck and had us going again within an hour. I highly recommend them over other garage door companies I have used in the past where they put you on a schedule and typically have to order parts and come back out, resulting in delays and extra service call fees.

They came out today and serviced my loud garage doors! Brandon not only fixed the door but took the time to show my husband what was needed and what he can door on regular basis to keep it working. Customer service like this is priceless.

Great response time and fair prices! Brandon quickly repaired a broken spring and we had him come out again to repair installation problems from the original home builder. Highly recommended if you need help with your garage door!

Our experience with Garage Door Rescue & Marc was top notch, bar none. We purchased a new garage door from another company (we were fairly new to the area) and though they installed the door, they weren’t so great when we were having issues. A friend recommended GDR…and thank goodness they did! Marc came within hours! And fixed our door! Apparently the other company put the wrong springs on it. Our garage door actually goes up AND down now! Every time. Marc explained everything so even I could understand it. I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you Marc…now my poor Jeep doesn’t feel abandoned in the garage.

Fantastic service. I just received service from these guys, and I can tell you hands down it is the best service experience we have had in Fairhope – and we have had multiple HVAC, lawn, garage, sprinklers, trees, pump, fencing, etc. people out. They could have left after 5 min of diagnosing and correcting the issue, but instead – for the same price – he oiled all the joints, moved the main mounting bracket, remount the lasers, re-tacked the weather stripping, and even changed the light bulbs. A+ service.
