King Door did a great job repairing my garage door. They came within the timeframe they said they would (which is rare these days). The repairman was knowledgeable and professional. I thought we might have to have the door replaced but he was able to repair it. I highly recommend King Door for any garage door need you might have.

Our garage door spring broke and they came out super quick and fixed the spring as well as made sure everything else was wired and working properly. Super friendly & professional, and very knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with Service and Lack of Communication I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from your company. In early March 2024, we began the process of obtaining quotes for two new garage doors. Everything initially seemed promising. We selected our preferred doors and were promptly approved for credit. However, since then, communication from your company has been severely lacking. We discovered that the doors we chose were not available in the color we selected. Since April, all communication has ceased. I had to reach out to our sales representative to get an update and was informed that you were waiting on new color samples from another vendor. We waited patiently. In May 2024, our sales representative visited us to show new color options. We selected flat black from the new samples and were promised a new quote the next day. This quote never arrived, and we received no further communication. It is now June, and we still have not received any explanation or updates. Additionally, we were approved by Wells Fargo back in March, resulting in an unnecessary credit inquiry. I have since requested to cancel everything via a message to our sales representative but received no response. Wells Fargo has informed us that King Door has not released the hold on the account. It is very unfortunate that your company has failed to provide honest communication and reliable service.
