Unfortunately it was not the experience we hoped for after reading all the positive reviews. We ordered hurricane impact windows and doors for our newly renovated house, and most of the windows were measured short so the workers were filling the gaps between concrete and frames with thick wood and covering the gaps with aluminum strips and thick silicone. It did not look good. Three windows were ordered completely wrong so we had to wait another 6-8 weeks to get them, and all of them were not long enough. We are in the process of disputing the results with the company, and we never got any official apologies from the company but the company always was asking for money even when the work was not yet done. I will post the update later, but the buttom line is : do not hire this company if you would like to have quality work done!!!

Berger Windows and Doors installed a new hurricane impact door at my home. The process could not have been any better or easier with Berger. Berger handled everything from dealing with the City and my HOA. From beginning with my sales professional to installation, I could not expect anything better than this. Now I have hired them to put impact windows throughout my home. You can’t go wrong with Berger Windows and Doors.

Terrible things happen when I hired this company. I hired them to install a hurricane impact glass door. They did a bad job and the glass cracked, they refused to take responsibility, claiming that the manufacturer did not cover stressed crack

Bad company to do business with. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I hired them to purchased and installed a hurricane impact glass door, they did a bad installation and the glass cracked, they refused to replaced the glass stating that the manufacturer does not cover stressed crack. I suspect they installed a used glass that was not under warranty.

Excellent experience with Berger! Reached out to them to get a quote with dimensions for an impact window and door replacement. I got a fair and affordable quote quickly. I took my time deliberating. They did not waste my time or pressure me into a sale. After I agreed, it took some time to get the custom sized delivery which was to be expected. The day of the install was incredibly smooth with the installers doing a fantastic job and cleaning up nicely. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the window and door. Everything looks great! I would definitely recommend Berger Windows and Doors.

These windows are of excellent quality and are ready to collect. Gaby has treated me very well, she has her character, but she knows this business and I recommend that you listen to her because she is responsible. What more do we installers want, good price, quality and excellent service. I recommend it.

Berger was a great company to do business with and I highly recommend them. They were very professional, answered all of our questions, had competitive pricing, and there weren’t any surprises with the pricing. We had all of our windows replaced with impact windows, so it was a relatively large project. The installation team was excellent and our windows look great!

I used this company for the hurricane windows and my experience was far from perfect. Most important is the CUSTOMER SERVICE , front desk (lady whos pick up phone) rude, pushing, no respect and mean. Installation is another chapter of pain. After installation , -they forgot clean garbage – installation was wrong, one window could not opened properly and we invited PGT expert who fix it , – another window missed part and I waited 2 weeks after installation this window is leaking. Now I have water inside after every rain – and we passed the inspection ONLY after THIRD ATTEMPT.
