Clarity windows are a top notch window company Great product, value and courteous staff from sales to support to professional install If you need windows in your home make sure you call Clarity. They will make sure you get a quality product and 100% satisfaction I would be in remiss if I didn’t also give a nod to Jason and Jon for their concern and interest in my window purchase. Jon from sales stopped by to see if we were satisfied and how we were treated. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Clarity Windows and Doors. Their team – Kyle Stephens (sales) and Arturo Chao (“super” installer/service) – did an outstanding job throughout the evaluation, buying and installation process. We researched several other window companies and selected Clarity based on their company, product, service, warranty and price. We put our “trust” in the Clarity team and they delivered!!! The installation team did an amazing job removing the old windows and installing the new. They were very respectful of our property and worked hard (in the Texas summer heat) to deliver the highest quality of workmanship. Our new windows are beautiful. If you are thinking about upgrading your home with new windows, you must give Clarity a shot at your business.

We need our entire house windows replaced and decided to go with clarity. So far the sales process has been great. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and helpful and the communication has been great. We have signed our contract and are waiting on the windows to be made and installed. Will update after the work is done.

The staff at Clarity is great. Stephanie in sales was very personable, honest and very knowledgeable of what I needed for my home. Arturlo C. who came to install my windows was wonderful. Him and his crew were efficient, polite and very kind. They were great at cleaning up after the installation.

Every aspect of my new door purchase and installation were perfect, just as it should be. After a very bad experience with other companies and high pressure sales technicians that resembled a car dealership, Clarity and my sales rep Stephanie Valentine were a breath of fresh air. Honest, thorough and one fair price. Clarity did NOT play games with high prices being reduced every time I said no, like the other guys who were way over priced for the same products. Stephanie showed us all the options and presented a fair price from the beginning. Installation was fantastic, team professional and respectful. Quality guarantee exceeded all expectations. Door had barely noticeable ding the I asked for some touch up paint to be applied, but Clarity replaced the entire door. Admin staff and scheduling were excellent as well. Love to find and work with honest professional companies like Clarity. Rare!! Thanks everyone at Clarity.

It was a pleasure to do business with Clarity Windows and Doors. Jon Craig, our Sales Rep, was no-pressure! He did an excellent job of demonstrating the features of their windows that stood out above the competitors and he made some excellent recommendations to change some from single-hung to picture windows, which give a nice view. Jon and the office team kept us updated on the progress of making and delivering the windows. Arturo and his crew did a quick, thorough install and made them look great! Jon followed through with a care package – a nice touch and the office was prompt to provide warranty documents. We have had the windows for several months and the temperature in our house is now consistent throughout – so much more comfortable summer and winter and no more cold or hot spots. Our utility bills have also shown a nice decrease. Big thanks to the Clarity family!
