Garage door stop working so I called a local garage repair company, they came out the same day check it out and immediately said the motor went out quoted $1100. So we agree to let them replace. Work was done on Friday unit was working fine so I was okay with the price cause my unit was working. Then we get a called on Monday from the same guy that placed the garage motor saying he needed to come out and put the rollers on he didn’t have them on Friday which he never told us that. But I thought you were paid so go ahead and finish the job. So Leaving out the house the next morning less then 24hrs later the garage door falls off the track which he worked on the day before so we called the guy came back out and now it’s the springs which was gonna cost more and after hours of working on he said he couldn’t repair and we need to call someone else and just left. Still waiting hours later and no call back yet. Not a good company. BEWARE!!!!!! And now not taking our calls.

Do NOT recommend! They do come out the same day, but it is not actually a local company. They are very expensive and the payment methods are very shady and all over the place.

I made the mistake of not asking what the cost would be for replacing a garage door opener… They recommended replacing the springs as well, which I said to go ahead and do… I was expecting the bill to be less than $1000… Ended up being $3096 including the 3% fee to use a credit card… For a $225 opener and maybe $100 for springs and pulleys… For two hours worth of work, absolutely ridiculous amount for labor… Work was done fine though and the technician was nice… I won’t use again though for this price.

Ruben, the technician who tackled my garage door issue, exhibited both diligence and courtesy. I just can’t articulate how amazing this Conyers-based service was!

Unidentified Subcontractor scam. Please be aware the “Corey & Sons” is NOT the company coming to your house. Paid $900 to fix a broken garage door to some guy name Danny and the garage door is still not working as it should.

The technician was highly skilled and the company was remarkably truthful, steering clear of any unnecessary costs. The garage door installation service promptly returned my call within minutes after I missed it and swiftly managed to dispatch a repairman, Ruben, to my home in Conyers within that same hour. Ruben efficiently replaced my broken springs and carried out a tune-up on my garage door. The customer service was exceptional and the prices were fair.
