Jake Ivester, the door installer, did a five star top notch job. I had to give a 4 star rating overall because wait time and customer service on the front side with Door Pro America was not super great, but it was good.

I hired DoorPro to install a new garage door through a Costco offer. The door installation has had several problems. DoorPro always responded quickly to have a technician sent out. The technicians have always been very polite. Fortunately, the most recent technician, Tyler, is very detail oriented. He fixed the last two problems and the door is operating perfectly. As expected, there have been no charges. I would use DoorPro again. Despite the issues they always responded promptly. The skill of Tyler is greatly appreciated.

We were very pleased with our new garage doors and installation. From the first meeting to the final, everything went smoothly. Great customer service and communication. Our doors are great! So many compliments from the neighbors. Using this Costco service was a no brainer!

Door Pro America installed a garage ordered through Costco. The staff and people are quite nice, however I strongly recommend AVOIDING work with this company. The overall sense of accountability is quite disappointing. After installing the new door, rails, and spring….the door would start jamming with the lifting cable coming off the pulley. This was ~16 months after install, so just my luck it was out of warranty. That is where the incredibly frustrating part kicked. They basically eye balled it 4-6 times, didn’t figure out the problem and kept instructing me to order thousands of doors of additional items or replacement parts. None of which fixed the problem. I don’t mind paying for multiple service calls, but there should be some sense of it fixing the problem on a almost new door. They didn’t seem to be informed or care. They will confidently tell you “X is the problem” then say “that will be X hundred dollars” and make no reference to it being the thing they installed. Poor form overall. They have lost my trust and should lose your….. To clarify, the actual service and sales folks – nice enough. This reads to me a company leadership and approach to business that you don’t want to put yourself through. ****** Update – Continue horrible experience. About be bounced to an 8th person and another 1.5 hours on the phone…this company’s #1 priority is to first avoid accountability. They quite literally said the issue is the track / rails (that they installed) and in the same breath say it must be the motor. There is no logical connection in the flow of thought. They say the latter as a catch-all because it means they can avoid any cost associated with fixing the problem. **** Update – This company continues to, without evidence, claim it is the motor. The technician who came out found two other possible explanation and nothing to indicate it was the brand new motor. Even now, they can’t explain why they think it is the motor. The technician found that the spring rod connection wasn’t optimal and the company had previously repeated said it could be the arc of the tracks they installed. Yet before even looking at it they conclude it is the motor. To the point on $800 in free services. That is a joke. I paid $4k for the door from you. I paid for the first service trip. It didn’t fix the issue. It is still broken as of May 5, 2024 (two months into the issue. The technicians at this company are great. The company itself is deceptive, rude, unaccountable, and inconsiderate. Their service manager based in another state, not only didn’t read any of the notes of the issue, but then said with 100% confidence that they reason that Chamberlain sent me the replacement motor (requested by their technician) was because that Chamberlain didn’t want to hurt my feelings….what? That is the head of door pro’s customer service.
