We were so excited about replacing our whole house with Infinity by Marvin windows. From Jason, our salesman to our installers to the wood finishers, each part of the process went beautifully. We could not have asked for better service! If we had a question, it was answered right away. We couldn’t be happier and are looking forward to a winter without drafty windows that we had to cover with plastic. Thank you !!!

We wanted to replace our patio door. We contacted three vendors that advertise considerable in the local area. We were most impressed by Infinity from Marvin both product wise and performance. We were not disappointed, from the initial meeting to the final inspection the job Marvin did was outstanding. From keeping us informed ,to installation to final inspection that were always there. We would go with Marvin again

We are very pleased with our Infinity by Marvin Replacement Window experience. Our sales rep, Jason Minehart was professional and a great communicator throughout the process. In fact, the whole communication process by each facet of the company was stellar. Installation was on time and efficient. The crew was neat, cleaned up all debris. Finally the windows are great! They look fabulous and are easy to operate. We are extremely pleased with our entire experience.

Another great experience by Infinity! We finished the backside of our house with replacement windows. Just like last year, the experience showed again what a high-quality job they did. Edit: Will, the General Manager, reached out to explain the confusion. He was also very helpful in finding a creative solution to accommodate my work schedule and was genuine in his delivery of great customer service. After speaking with Will, I’m confident this company is dedicated to the same, and perhaps I just caught them on an off-day. Original post: Not impressed so far. I adjusted my work schedule a week in advance to account for my in-home consultation. Today, the morning of my appointment, I received a call that they overbooked the 10:30 time slot – to which I responded that was fine since my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 this afternoon, and not 10:30 this morning (which was only 2 hours later than I was receiving this call). Still, I was told my appointment was being canceled due to their over scheduling error, and that I’d have to adjust my work schedule again next week to accommodate the few slots they had open if I still wanted them to come out.
