We had our windows replaced several years ago, but the seals had broken and they became very foggy. That company had gone out of business. We had no recourse to get them replaced (By the way , they had a 50 year warranty)Haha!! So we contacted several window replacement companies and decided on Taylors Windows! We have been so pleased with this company. It is based in SC, too! If you need any windows replaced, please don’t waste time comparing companies! So professional and does it right the first time!! My husband and I had wanted to replace the windows in an older home we had purchased but we’re hesitant on cost. Taylor’s windows was both professional and priced well. Their installation crew was extremely professional and proficient. My husband and I both highly recommend Taylor’s Windows. Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly, and Amanda was extremely personable and kind. We are more than happy with our new windows- worth every penny!

-Semi Update- Travis came out here, per usual very professional. Showed him the issues I was having including the mold. He informed me the mold part isn’t from the windows but there are some defects with the window and some installation errors on other windows. He checked all of them which I appreciated. Per his card he is the installation manager so that is pretty big if you ask me. He is getting a new window ordered and got the details he needs to get things fixed up. So with that said providing next visit everything is smooth, it will be 5 stars. Thanks for reading this guys. /end So this is an iffy review. I’ve had their windows for a few years I believe. They also put in the back sliding door. Now don’t get me wrong. The prices were good, the crew was great and professional and cleaned everything up. However, something I guess as a new home owner you do not pay attention to is if things are straight or not. Majority of all windows and the back door is not straight. Everything is slanted. When the back door goes to close the top closes and there is still a small gap at the bottom. You have to close it in lock position in order to not see light coming through. I can put miniature cars or marbles on all the windows and they would take off. Some are actually pretty drastic. So I feel in the end it was all a rush job. The caulking on Majority of windows didn’t hold up and has holes. I even had to point that out when they caulked. The windows hardware is all garbage. Straight up garbage. Plastic pieces break like they weren’t even supposed to be on there. Yeah overall incredibly not happy after realizing everything and will not use this company ever again. Update, today confirmed indeed that their sealing process is garbage and I have mold in my window seal. Fun.

Customer Service, Installers & Sales Reps were all so nice, professional & just good people. Install took no time at all and was done on time of appointed scheduled date. Windows themselves are very nice and look amazing. I would highly recommend Taylor’s!
