We were extremely pleased and very satisfied with the service and the cost of repairing our window. The window had gathered condensation and water due to seal leakage. Complete Window Care evaluated the situation, took measurements of the window, and gave us an estimate of replacement. A couple of weeks later they returned with the replacement, removed the faulty window replacing it with a new one on the original frame. The whole process took less than 15 minutes for the replacement and cost us a fraction of what it would have cost had we contacted a regular installer. Thanks to Complete Window Care for their service. I would strongly recommend them for any window work the needs to be done.

Contacted Complete Window Care to repair several issues with my 15 – 20 year old Marvin windows along with replacing worn out insulation and broken mechanisms. From initial estimate through completion of the work, good job identifying needed repair for each window and no more, strong communication, and top quality workmanship. All of the windows now work “good as new,” and I can already tell are better insulated and quieter when windy. Highly recommend this business.

Company came out for an estimate and informed us our bay window was sagging and they couldn’t repair our broken window spring slide mechanism until it was leveled. We had the sag removed and window leveled, called the company back to get our estimate and service our broken window. They refused to service and said the tech reported “severe structural issues.” No other explanation was given, but this service was night and day from our last experience where they did a great job repairing cracked glass. They now have black listed our house. I Do not recommend this company as they appear to be after only the quick and easy jobs for overcharged money.

Had few windows that needed to have new glass panels due to some mold inside. Complete Window Care responded quickly, got appointment to get a quote, no sale pressure no update for whole window. Simple – quoted what I asked, got it delivered and installed. All simple and easy. Like it this way! Thank you guys for this easy transaction!
