I dropped my mom’s patio room screens off June 18th to get rescreened it is now July 12th and they have done nothing with them I haveI received no phone calls or anything . Terrible customer service.

Extremely poor service! We went to the Colorado Springs showroom yesterday. We were the only people in the showroom and the lady was on the phone handling a complaint, never acknowledged our presence but stayed on the phone. Assuming a sales rep briefly came out from the back room and immediately turned around and disappeared. After approximently 10 minutes, we left the showroom seeing the service was poor. Went to another window company showroom, we were met with welcome arms, and ending up making our purchase from them. We will not be doing business with Champion because of how we were ignored in the showroom.

Our sales reps were fantastic. They showed up on time for the appointment, were very thorough with their presentation and answered all of our questions. We already have 4 Champion windows and appreciate how easy the process was from start to finish. Now our entire house will have Champion products.

In home sales experience was great. Rich was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our expectation for the project and offer us a variety of options. He stayed patient as I asked for different options/configurations. There was no judgement at all when I asked him to break the project apart so we could consider doing it in two phases. Yes- both homeowners had to be present , and yes we were offered a better price if we signed same day. Both of those things are pretty typical for the replacement window industry. we were provided an opportunity to enjoy a substantial discount for 30 days – which felt very low pressure. Yes, there was an additional incentive to purchase same day , but it didn’t feel overwhelmingly high pressure. Rich explained the next steps in the process and exactly what to expect as we progress toward completing the project. Overall, Rich was professional and punctual and made use feel very comfortable that everything will go smoothly, be done properly and promptly , with appropriate follow-up if needed.

We have been looking for new QUALITY windows for a while, but have not been Impressed with the quality or personnel thus far…. Until now!! Rich B. Has done a great job explaining and showing us the quality of the windows. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a “sales person”, but rather just a friendly dude sharing awesome information that would better my home. We are happy to do business with him and the company (Champion Window Company).
