They were quick to quote, quick to build the replacements and quick to install. Very pleasant and professional. Windows are better than the original. Price was good.

My insurance company suggested them to repair a small chip in my windshield. They said they would be here today Friday Sept. 29 , 2023 beyween 9am and 1pm which is a long time to have to wait. I asked that they also call when on their way. Its now 2:31pm and no one has showed up yet. I called and was placed on hold for 5 mins, then disconnected. I called back and the guy acted like he didnt even know i just called. I had to explain my whole story again. He said someone from “The Store” will call me right back. I waited 20 mins. No call back. Had to call them again and was told it may take a while for a call back. Finally at 2:30 i get a call back saying he will be here around 4pm. When i told him I’d been waiting since 9am because he was supposed to be here between 9am & 1pm, he said he didnt know that! I’m not happy with this place and I dont recommend it to anyone who values their time. Im still waiting. I hope their work is not as bad as their scheduling!

Well I was told someone would call me to set up a measurement. Never heard from anyone. It is really hard to get things done here. It’s like nobody cares about the customers and their needs. I live in Cincinnati and I never have that problem there. Usually I make a call and it gets done in a couple weeks. Here I try for a couple weeks to find someone to work. It shouldn’t be this hard to give a business your business.
