I found myself in a pressing situation and made a call at 6:30pm on Saturday, just thirty minutes before they were supposed to close for the weekend. Despite this, they were able to arrange an early Monday morning appointment in Clermont for me. Remarkably, I still managed to catch my noon flight out of the local airport.
