Chad was wonderful! From the first call where he confirmed his ETA he was personable and professional. Upon arrival, he took some time pretty much, just explaining the process and setting expectations for me on what his job would be and the work it would entail. The only part that I didn’t like, and this was no fault of his was that I was quoted a price and had an expectation for that price and once he got there, I found out that it did not include labor, and that it was just a trip charge. Whoever does intake needs to specify that there is a trip charge, and the labor is not included. Also, my home is four years old and I called the door service from the sticker on my garage and I received A1 which means that they were perhaps bought out. I would expect this company to honor the warranty that should still exist with the garage door being that it is a new home if they took over a company – honoring previous contracts is the bare minimum. As far as Chad is concerned, he and his service was five stars. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone that needs service.
