Recently had a new exterior door and storm door installed. Jake Hart was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, helping to answer any questions and providing his expertise on making the final decision. The quality of the door is top notch – with Provia being one of the leaders in this category. Stan and his crew were very professional with the install! He paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure everything looked as it should! Top notch company – and can’t wait to hire them for future projects!

Wonderful experience with Jake the salesman who answered all my questions and explained in detail about the products as he is very knowledgeable about what they sell. On installation day my service guys were clean, on time, friendly and cleaned everything up to make it sparkling. They do NOT use subcontractors and they know their stuff. Explained the process along the way. I have used them before and would certainly use them again!

We had our front and back doors replaced. Jake came out just a day or two after we called for an appointment and was fantastic to work with. The install crew were fast and efficient and left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Couldn’t be happier with everything they did for us.

They are so awesome! They clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I had my windows replaced in my condo a year ago and I love them. I’m going to have them replace my sliding door soon. I can’t wait!!!

Every once in a while you stumble across a local small business with great customer service. I called them yesterday to see if they caulked existing windows. They didn’t list it on their website, but I figured it was worth a shot. The nice receptionist redirected me to another #, which eventually went to a voice mail. I left a message, assuming there was a 99% chance of never hearing back. Lo and behold, and nice gentleman called me back this afternoon and informed me they do not due to a lack of manpower at the moment. Did he have to waste his time calling me back? Absolutely not. He did it anyway, and he even offered some suggestions on how to find a place that might do the work. Folks, this is the kind of customer service that is so rare these days. I didn’t use their services, but they still left me with such a great impression that I just had to write this. Definitely consider them if looking to repair/replace windows. I obviously can’t vouch for their workmanship, but their customer service is likely outstanding!

I have worked with the team at western hills window for my last 3 homes and every time they have done a great job. From the straight forward no hassle sales process which doesn’t try to up sell you on things you don’t need. To the installation process that was quick and smooth. The installers also worked through some unfavorable weather conditions with no complaints. I highly recommend you check out western hills window if you need new windows at an affordable price with quality installers.

I had Western Hills Window replace a sliding door a few years ago so when it was time to replace the windows in my home the decision of what company to select for replacement windows was already made. From the sales process through the installation, the Western Hills Windows team is extremely professional and thorough. Jake did a fantastic job of listening to our needs during the sales process and helped us choose the perfect replacement windows for our Tudor home. The installation team was fantastic. It’s easy to see the years of expertise the crew has by their craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with our windows and will be giving them a call in the near future to replace our front entry door. Excellent company to work with- Had 14 windows replaced in our new home. Jake was fantastic and answered all of my million questions. Will be working with them again for any future door and window projects.
