Stefan and his technician were great! I needed several glass units repaired due to broken seals and several balancers replaced. When Stefan came for the estimate, he realized the balancers were not broken yet and just needed to be placed back, which he did at no charge during the estimate. This is in contrast to Apex Windows who quoted us for fixing each balancer and did not comment that they weren’t actually broken. Stefan’s quote was more affordable as well During the actual service, his technican was timely and clean. Our windows look great! Highly recommend!

After conctacting many companies, I was finally able to find someone that repaired high-rise windows and replaced high-rise screens. The pros about this company: they were immediately available, were experienced, were communicative (I’m an out-of-state owner), followed through/fixed the situation (a bit of confusion arose but the owner/head manager Stefan rectified the situation). The cons are that there was a little bit of a language barrier with the repair men and there was a little bit of confusion with the list of items that needed to be addressed while on premises (despite having provided a room-by-room detailed list. However, both of these issues were IMMEDIATELY addressed in a polite and professional way by Stefan and I greatly appreciated it. I would definitely work with them again in anyone of our properties in Chicago.

I smashed a window accidentally, called up Quality Windows and they had someone at my door within an hour. He came and took measurements returned within another hour, and the entire installation took 10 minutes tops! I called around a few places and their price matched other quotes but they were the only ones able to replace the window same day. It was perfect timing as a polar vortex is about to hit so i am super grateful! Thanks guys!!
