After being rejected by two other window replacement representatives, Thompson Creek came to the rescue to replace or Bay/picture Window that was leaking into our living room. The two guys that did the job in this sweltering heat did a fantastic install that looks great. I highly recommend Thompson Creek. One other window expert said you need to have at least 7 windows installed for them to come out and get a quote. The other said they could, but they are booked up for 6-7 months. Which meant, “we don’t want your business “ in my opinion. Give Thompson Creek Windows a try!

Was a wonderful demonstration very informative,explained everything in detail. I liked Erin’s approach to every and she was very down to earth. I am looking forward to this process. The process is complete and I couldn’t be happier, we had some water damage and some repairs needed to be taken care of. My crew Brian, Frankie, and Mike were very professional and knowledgeable the repairs were made in a timely manner they did an awesome job. Would recommend this company to everyone

So far in the window buying process Thompson Creek has been amazing. They were very quick to respond to any inquires and were very helpful in any questions we had. I received a call almost immediately after placing on inquiry online and was able to get someone out the next day! Had the pleasure of working with Neil to get a new door. He was friendly and explained the entire process thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. For a process I was dreading it was so easy!

I contacted this company to get an estimate for two sliding glass doors for my son’s rental property. My son is in the military and lives in Tennessee. His rental property is in Virginia Beach where I live. They would not even schedule an appointment for an estimate at the property because they said the homeowner had to be present. I explained that he did not live here and that I would be at the house for the estimate. I’ve handled all of the renovation work with multiple companies on my son’s behalf for his home and have had no issues with any other companies. I can understand the company requiring my son’s participation in contracting their services and with final decision making, but to not even allow me to get an estimate for his consideration seems unreasonable.
