I cannot recommend this company enough. Their sales associate was clear, efficient and not too pushy. The turn around time was very fast and communication from the admin was also very professional. On the day of the install the installer Jason arrived right on time and worked so hard on the hottest day of the year to get our project completed and looking amazing. He also left our place spotless. Will recommend this company to friends.

I bought 8 Marvin windows from this company for $18k. Having purchased Marvin windows in 2013 and having a good experience we did not hesitate to buy them to match the windows on the rest of our home. The quality of the windows is extremely poor and it is clear that Marvin has really gone downhill in product quality in 10 years. The lack of quality issues range from black glue being smeared in between the triple panes that cannot be removed, lack of sanding of the wood, leaving it bumpy and then painted over, missing paint on the frame, wooden dents in the window, screen material hanging off the windows, scratch and scrapes all over the frames internal and external. The quality of the install from JB Sash is also extremely poor. According to Marvin it is the installer’s job to remove the squeeze out that occurs between the window and frame and they left black globs of it all over the windows and failed to remove it. They also have no obligation to check the product before they install it. They just installed it and left without checking the quality or lack thereof themselves. No compensation offered. Both of these companies are a joke. DO NOT order windows from here. They are no longer high quality and the customer service is non existent.

I bought about 80 Marvin windows from these clowns. One sash was found to broken when they got to my job site. They made me pay for the replacement. This was because the windows had been left for too long in there warehouse before pickup so they couldn’t back charge Marvin. Never again.
