Your installers were friendly, efficient, and organized. They got right to the task when they arrived and installed my eight windows in a little over two hours. It was a great experience, all in all.

Never got the correct door. Spent thousands. Was completely backwards. Waited almost a year for a door that ended up being made incorrectly. Waited nearly 6 months for its replacement and they tried to come the day before Thanksgiving… but didn’t actually show up. Then when they did show up they didn’t actually have the replacement parts… they had different parts that weren’t wrong in the first place. They did a great job on my windows a few years ago and it seems like the installer crews are knowledgeable and able to do the work… but there is some major nonsense going on with everyone else.

Our experience with Window World was fantastic from start to finish. We had Kenny come out to measure and place our order. Brock came to confirm measurements and then we had Silvio and his crew come and install the windows. Nothing but polite service from all of them. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows

We had the old crank style windows. Window World installed new double paned noise reduction windows on our home. The difference in noise (we live on a main highway) is incredible and we can already tell a difference in temperature. We aren’t having to run the AC nearly as much. Brian and Jaimi were wonderful to work with and Andy & Curtis were the best installation crew we could have asked for! They were prompt, courteous, did a beautiful job and cleaned everything up.
