Our technician called when he was about 15 minutes away, was very courteous and was very efficient with the installation of our new garage door opener. He explained how it worked and made sure I was comfortable with the operation of the new opener and knew how to use the new keypad. I would highly recommend this company. Oh, and the new garage door opener is super quiet!

Walker did an excellent job servicing my 2garage doors. I just needed a tune up and seal replacement. He left the doors looking clean, new and working perfectly. He didn’t try to upsell or tell me things needed replacing. I appreciate that honesty. Will definitely use Precision again.
