Would categorize them as an unethical and highly unprofessional business – one of their contractors who was working on a neighbors house hit and run our vehicle. The contractor was backing up from the driveway while on HIS PHONE and hit into my parked vehicle. Upon the accident, the contractor did go into the neighbors house and tried to determine whose car it was, but upon learning that the car didn’t belong to the owner of the house they were working on, they just left. We received all their information from the neighor and our insurnace company has been trying to chase them down for weeks now, only for Nova Installations to claim ignorance on the whole ordeal and say they don’t even know who the driver was that hit our vehicle when we can provide them with the exact date and location of the accident. I am all for supporting small bussinesses in the region – but OWN up to your mistakes and don’t make other hard working people unnecessarily pay for your mistakes.

If you want a $10k+ front door installed that begins to fail (locking mechanisms), and is improperly finished from the factory that ultimately allows the entire door to degrade, and then be told that the OEM contractor cant or wont service/fix it and be referred out to other companies to rectify the issue, use this company. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Before and after shots only after 4 years. After several independent assessments from other door install companies both suggested this was not finished correctly from the OEM installer (NOVA Installations), and that lack of proper finishing is now leaving me with no option but to have to paint the door as stain will no longer penetrate and stay in the wood. NOVA Installations was either unable or unwilling to do this work themselves and referred me out to other companies as their last touch point on this issue.

We have used them for years and they are fantastic! And at two different houses. They have done window replacements, knocked a hole in a brick wall and added a window, and replaced exterior doors. I don’t call anyone else!

Nothing but great things to say about this company from start to finish. Me and my wife decided to upgrade our windows, to replace the originals. After researching a few companies, something about this one stuck out, so I decided to try Nova Installations. Nick arrived and was very knowledgeable, sociable and straight to the point. We signed the contract and went through the smooth process. On the day of installation, the guys were very quick and thorough. The windows look terrific. If there are any problems, you can call and they will always answer. I would recommend this company to anyone, A++ from start to finish.

The crew at NOVA installations were great. From the the scheduling to the estimate right down to day of installation, they all were professional, took pride in their work , and clean. Not the first time I have used them and won’t be the last if required.

Sheryl was great and very helpful! The team came out to survey my door frame for free to assess if it would affect my installation costs at all. Installation was quick and easy as was their payment process. I would highly recommend Nova installations!

Nova installations replaced the original windows for our townhome. The price was very reasonable and their salespeople and installation team were efficient and responsive . It was nice to be able to support local small businesses and we only extend positive feedback for the work performed.

I haven’t gotten my windows installed – yet – but I want to commend Nova Installations for a sales experience that is exactly what I’m comfortable with. I wouldn’t have realized this — except that I got a second estimate with a different company who subjected me to a high-pressure two-hour long sales presentation, and I had to sign that day to get the price they quoted. (I caved and signed but thank goodness have three days to cancel, which I did.) Nova Installations, on the other hand — quoted a price 25% lower than the other company’s “special”-and-call-the-manager-to-get-a-secret-deal. On top of that, Nova Installations came out for a half-hour, took a good look at the windows inside and outside, listened to my concerns, showed me a sample window and explained what I’d be getting — and then sent me an estimate and contract via email. The contract laid out exactly what I’d be getting, including little details that came out in our conversation (they’d take down and reinstall my blinds, for example). They let me make my decision in my time. Such a great way to do business! I’m looking forward to getting my new windows.
