I needed new sensors on my garage door. I called Overhead Door based on their Google reviews and an excellent recommendation from somebody I trust. I could not be happier! Aaron came out to my house, on time, and with a courtesy call to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He couldn’t have been more polite and he was extremely knowledgeable! This is exactly the kind of guy that I want to invite to my home when I need a repair! I will never use another company or recommend another company, I am now Overhead Door for life! Thanks Aaron!

Fixed my door on the same day I called as promised, but my bill was $40 more than I was quoted. When I called to have it adjusted, they took $20 off, but not the full amount. If you use them, get the estimate in writing.

I had a spring break on my garage door opener on a Thursday evening, leaving me in a bind. I called Overhead Door, they got back to me immediately. By 8:30 that evening everything was fixed. The tech was wonderful and did a great job – I couldn’t be happier with this experience.

Service tech took 10 minutes to clean my keypad remote and got it working. FREE of charge! Was planning on having to buy a new one…pleasantly surprised!!! Highly recommend the drive to see these folks

Called late yesterday and got scheduled for this morning. Bill showed up and promptly fixed the broken cable and replaced the original sensors that had been giving us trouble and the bottom roller wheels which had a bit of rust after 20+ years of service. Bill was so nice and professional.

We had a really interesting part of our garage door break suddenly. The team was able to come work on it within 24 hours of my ticket being submitted. It took multiple technicians and some troubleshooting to find the right part, but it was fixed that day. They even lubed up the chain when they realigned it. I was really happy with the cost, it was a good value for all of the work we needed.
