We are doing a huge remodel in our home and are very satisfied with our windows. Maggie has been a great help with our windows and her customer service is great. We had one issue and it was taken care of right away. We are buying more windows from them for the other rooms in the house..

Xotek has done many many jobs for me but this one was different. When my husband and I came to check the job out we found mud from workers shoes all over the new carpet as well as the kitchen and one of the baths. When I called to report this to Maggie in the office eventhough I had been a repeat customer (without incident) she questioned my truthfulness which I found insulting . We had a few more conversations on the phone all with the same ending. Insulting by questioning my honesty. All I was asking for was for Xotec to pay for my cleaning service to vacuum up all of the mud off the new carpet and if anything didn’t come up to have it shampooed. I quess repeated business doesn’t mean anything to XOTEK!

From the very first contact, I was treated with respect and excellent service. The work was done perfectly, and at a much lower price than other companies. And they even gave me an upgrade to metal screens for free! Well done.

After a rough start, Tony came through for me. He came by and checked my window, sent his glazer out as well. I didn’t even need to be home. He followed up, and gave me solid advice (vs. spending lots of extra money)
