BEWARE I paid $100 over the phone for a same day appt, then paid another $100 as a deposit for the job only to find out it would be two weeks for them to do it. They made it seem it would be done that day when I spoke on the phone. This was a simple front window replacement on a paned window. They will take your money just to hook you, then leave you waiting for weeks. When installing they broke a second pane of my window. While they did replace it, this caused a 30 minute job to take over 2 hours as they had to go get another piece cut and brought on site. Lastly, they also CRUSHED the front flower bed when doing the job. We specifically asked them to be careful, but they had 0 regard.

Excellent company that stands by their work. Tim arrived as scheduled and I was contacted prior to arrival, even received a link to track his truck. Tim was very professional and repaired both windows very quickly. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family!!

Timely. Very clean. Shut blinds and shutters while swapping out glass to keep flys and mosquitos out. It was a rainy day, and they installed booties to keep from tracking up the home.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Drove 1 hour for my appointment, just for them to tell me 2hrs later that they won’t be able to put on the windshield today and I can leave the car or come back tomorrow. Waste of gas and time never again.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would. The front door of our business, the glass shattered. So we called them. They agreed to come out immediately, but we would have to pay $250 emergency fee. Which I did not have a problem paying to get the glass back in the door that day. They arrived at the end of the day. And after cracking 3 glasses, they installed one of them, completely full of cracks every where. They said they would have to come back the next day to put one in. Feeling very unsafe with all of the cracks in the door, we had to conduct business through the back of our office door. We waited all day the following day to show up, and at the end of the day they called to say they would not be back out until Monday. Leaving us having to use our back door for clients all weekend. Monday came, we still had to glass and customers using the back door. And at the end of the day, and 1 hour before closing they finally showed up. This is defiantly not good customer service. Not even fair. When we called them on Tuesday, after their own tech agreed we shouldn’t have been charged an emergency service, we were told they are not refunding the emergency fee because they had secured our door on Thursday. However, our door was already secured when they showed up on Thursday to replace it. I highly recommend you do not use this company. They are all about the money, and not customer service.
