I just paid our repair guy $350 for a spring. I asked our repair man about the pricing of the replacement part and how much that part would be on Amazon. I thought that was a normal question, just looking to save money. After I paid and he left he mistakenly texted my husband, whom he thought was his co-worker, making fun of me for asking about buying a part on Amazon. I find this very disrespectful and disappointing. I will never use this company again. I spoke with the owner and he apologized for the “miscommunication”. I’ll be filing with the BBB as well.

Mace at Covenant Garage Doors did our family a solid. Somehow our garage door was backed into, from the inside and my wife car is the only we park there. We still don’t know how it happened, I will update when I have more information. Jokes aside, Mace went above and beyond for us. He came by after business hours because we were headed out of town the next day and he wanted to make sure the house was secure. The day after we got back he was there and knocked out the install in no time. He was professional and again went above and beyond by making sure nothing else was wrong with the door. I would recommend Covenant Garage Doors every time!

Four months to get one section of garage door replaced. Faiure to show to agreed appointment times. Left bolt out of the final installation so the garage door didn’t close properly. Disappointing.

I highly recommend Covenant Garage Doors for any garage door service or repair needs. I recently had the original spring break on my garage door, and Mace was able to come out the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he explained everything to me in detail before we moved forward with any work. He was able to provide a temporary solution while a stronger non-standard spring was engineered to handle the extra weight of our wooden door. He also gave me several tips on how to keep my garage door in good condition. The price was very reasonable, and I am very happy with the service I received. A competitor told us we needed a new garage door, and Mace assured me, “The old door has plenty of life left.” When it comes to contractors, there is nothing better than working with a person you are confident you can trust. Thanks Mace!!

Excellent attention and service! I wanted someone local but with experience and Covenant was it. I got same day service on a broken garage spring, and he made sure the rest of the unit had proper maintenance. Mace the owner was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend Mace and his company for new garage units or service!

Our garage door spring broke on a Sunday. Booked an appointment through the website for noon Monday. Mace came out saw the trouble and explained it had been installed incorrectly; showed up the next morning and installed two new springs – works better than ever. Highly recommend – professional and prompt.
