Had 4 doors installed on a garage and paid over 20,000 dollars and doors leak on sides and top , had to pay for service call for them to come back and put new trim on doors and a year later the bolts on garage door opener were falling out and had to pay again for work that was not done right the first time

Incredibly happy with our service so far! We had another company out last week to fix a broken hinge after hours. This $450 bill then led to our opener being broken and needing a $400 repair for the travel module or a $700 replacement. I quickly called TCGD for an estimate on a replacement. They quoted me a significantly cheaper price. Dalton and another employee (missed his name) came out this morning and were terrific. Found out our opener has a warranty and dealt with customer service at LiftMaster to get the replacement parts ordered. They saved us hundreds of dollars. (Guess what? It’s not the travel module that the other guy thought.) So glad we gave TCGD a call! They will be our go-to from now on.

Dalton did a great job with our garage door. We had him out to replace our springs after one broke. Labor is waived on other items when they do springs and he evaluated other things that might be going out in the near future and took care of those to help us avoid an additional service call charge in the future. I really appreciated the way he presented them because it was informative but with no pressure! We were very pleased to be on the schedule the day following our spring breaking! Very happy with our experience!
