The spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday. I called Superior on Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. Monday morning. I explained what had happened, and when could they come out. I was told between 10 and 2. The technician arrived around 12. He was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing. He was finished around 2. I had used Superior about 5 or 6 years ago, and was satisfied with them at that time. Again the service and the price were well worth it. If anything goes wrong with my garage door again, you can bet I’ll be calling them again. I’m very satisfied…again!! Thanks, Superior!!!

Our experience today with the install of our new garage door was done with expertise. They were on time, and very pleasant. Removed the old door and installed the new door. Took them around 2 hours. The cleaned up and we are so excited with the look of our new door. Thank you Superior Garage Door Systems for being here to take care of us.

Superior did an excellent job on a 2 story mezzanine, with the garage door on the open end of the 2 story. They minimized the bracing with heavy duty bracing as to not take away from the open concept. They were fast with a quote and came out to make sure all was in order prior to installation date. We had a few minor framing issues they made us aware of to fix prior to the install date. We had a family emergency and didn’t complete the framing, but they said they would complete it and went ahead with the install. Looks great with a competitive price, I couldn’t be happier.
