I highly recommend Ben Window & Glass. From the first interaction they were great. We made the appointment so that they could give me an accurate estimate and not just via text and email. The technician was prompt. He even took his shoes off without me asking. How considerate is that? It was a really great job and I’m really pleased with the custom screens they made for me. If you’re looking for something, I would definitely hire them right away and not waste your time getting quotes from other companies like I did.

Ben Window & Glass: Highly Recommended! I cannot recommend Ben Window & Glass highly enough! Many of the original 1997 windows at Worldwide Plaza Residential Condominiums, located on 50th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues in Manhattan, developed seal leaks after the warranty expired. This caused permanent fogging that obscured the beautiful city views. Finding a reliable company to replace 18 large panes of glass was daunting. Thankfully, Ben Window & Glass came to the rescue. They were responsive from the very first contact and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Their team was conscientious and ensured a stress-free experience. From the initial measurements to the final installation, everything was handled with competence and efficiency. The price they offered was also very reasonable and competitive. Ben Window & Glass truly exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for top-notch window replacement in the NYC area, look no further!

This company is excellent. I took my screen door to them to be repaired, they quoted me a price and, when they couldn’t get replacement parts, they gave me a new screen for the price we had originally agreed upon. Then, when we had trouble installing the screen, their tech came and did it for no additional charge. Sonia and Donny are the best.
