I originally had 9 windows replaced -had Al come back to replace one which had cracked. Asked him to replace to large pieces of glass which had started to deteriorate. Within one month one showed signs of not being sealed properly. He came-agreed to replace. Waited 3 months kept calling. He finally answered said the glass was in and it would be $275.00. WHAT? The glass was warranted by the glass co. but his labor was not!!! I have now called him 12 times and he doesn’t answer. Tried other forms of communication and he won’t respond to those either. I don’t know what else to do other than warn others about these poor business practices.

Not open during posted hours. Drove all the way over here on a Saturday to get here before they said they closed at 1pm (arrived at 12:15), and lights are out and the open sign is not illuminated. I even called in advance to make sure before I left my house, and their voicemail said open Saturdays until 1:00. I won’t bother trying again.
