Absolute garbage windows for a premium. Not to mention, when something on a $10k window breaks, it takes months to get a replacement part… still waiting actually.

Warning! Don’t buy their sliding doors. They feel like they’re 300 pounds each. Hard to open hard to close and make a ton of noise. Complete JUNK! Professionally installed too.

Do not buy arched WinDor windows in anything other than black. They don’t have screw hole covers that match the frame. Confirmed by both the manufacturer and installer that they only make them in black. This is the final product of a WinDor install. There are numerous other issues with these windows such as dirt between the panes, scratches, dents in the frame and warp effect in the glass. It’s a very poor quality product at a premium price.

My best experience with Win-Dor has been with the service repair technician. Sales follow up and customer svc after the sale has been made has not been as good. Because of this I would not buy another product from the La Mirada location, nor would I recommend this location to anyone.

Got a bi-fold door and I am very impressed. We originally were going to go with Milgard but this is much higher quality. Very durable, weather resistant and looks great.

We had Win-Dor install new windows for our entire house 5 years ago. On the side narrow door of the French door that goes out to the patio the crank is separated from the door. Which means we can not open it now. My husband called win dor today and they say it will be $125 for them to come out. They say it’s wear and tear. That side door is very rarely used and my husband is the only one to open it. Now it’s unusable unless we pay a service charge. Now the same installation crew put in a window incorrectly and water was going into the wall a couple of years ago when it rained. Win dor came out can fixed that. I guess they no longer stick by their product. We won’t use them again.

I’ve called and left messages twice ;this week for a sliding glass door quote. NEVER got a return call. Called Renewal by Anderson and had a call within a minute of ending the email. What the heck???
