While we ended up not going with Pella Windows, Kristen Inge was an absolutely amazing Design Consultant who really helped us understand our options for replacing the original windows in our 1980s home. She helped us understand the trade-offs between Vinyl, Fiberglass, and Wood frames. She helpfully informed us about about triple pane glass, noting that given our mild weather, it likely isn’t worth the extra expense. She spent over a couple of hours with us going into detail on all the options and answering all our questions. If our home was a little different, and Pella’s unique features were a better match for our home, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again – highly recommended. Re Pella windows themselves, I’ve had multiple family members use Pella (but not in the PNW), and have been very happy with the results – they’ve earned their reputation for excellence.

We had a meeting with George at Pella Windows (Bothell branch) yesterday, and were SO impressed. We were braced for a hard sell on replacing all our windows, but instead got a consultative and expert set of options that made us feel we were truly being heard. He spent extra time with us to explain the technical challenges of our window/door needs (my husband appreciated this), and we came up with a plan we feel really great about. George was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and as a result he will become our partner in window/door issues going forward. Thanks George and Pella!

George at Pella Windows was very professional, friendly and helpful. While they don’t do just glass replacement for our wood framed windows, he recommended someone who does. I would definitely call him if we needed something different in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Pella Windows & Doors of Bothell. The entire team did a fantastic job! Our sales representative, Jason Kim, was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to our overall project needs. The window installers were conscientious, efficient, and thorough. We will utilize again and we highly recommend.

I recently had two windows replaced by Pella. One of the screens was not installed correctly. It snaps off frequently, both top and the bottom part. So I haven’t been able to open this window since the screen isn’t working and always opens up on its own. So I emailed Alexis, the project coordinator right away . She said she would send a request to the service department. But it’s been 2 weeks and no one ever contacted me. I am very disappointed at the service Pella provided. This obviously was a problem caused by the installation team and they should come back and fix it at their earliest opportunity. Now I am put in the waitlist for the service department to repair when they have time. That’s ridiculous. I will not use Pella for any future window replacement.
