Needed the glass in my tenant’s front door replaced that was broken the night before. Called Bostonian Glass Monday morning, they showed up an hour later, took measurements and removed the broken glass that was left in the frame, the debris was swept up leaving nothing behind. They then came back about 25 minutes later with the replacement glass and had it installed in no time. Very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, fast and efficient! Great business. Recommend Bostonian Glass Company to everyone!

I’m a contractor specializing in design/build and custom renovations. Most of my glass needs are either logistically challenging or complex in design. These guys always deliver exceptional fit and finish to meet out specs, can provide full range of options that are difficult to find (especially hardware finish options), and do all this with no compromise on speed, efficiency, and most importantly price. My clients have often commented on how polite, clean, and professional the install is; I cannot disagree. For all these reasons I confidently reccommend these guys for any glass needs from window replacement to partition walls to shower enclosures…..especially if you are told that what you desire cannot be done.

Gene (owner / operator) is a high integrity person who takes pride in his work. I have done business with him twice now (for large street facing glass panes for windows and standard shower doors). His prices are exceedingly reasonable and during times of difficult supply he was reasonable in terms of turnaround. Good communication and nice team.

Called and Gene came out within 24 hrs. He arrived when he said he would. Gave a quote for new shower doors on a bathroom remodel. Within 2 weeks doors were installed and look gorgeous. This job was done professionally, earlier than expected, and was a very pleasant experience. I would use Bostonian Glass again and would highly recommend.

Second edit to respond to owner: Sir or madam, had you asked me to take down the review, I probably would have. My ex wrote this review regarding a job done in an office building on Kneeland St. I have lived in the same home for over 25 years; I have never rented property from a landlord – so it is impossible that I was evicted by you through small claims court. Your attempts to remove this review have become petty. Wish me best all you want, but I suggest you get off the internet trying to flag bad reviews for your company (which there are many) and get to work on remedying the issues described in said reviews. Edit to respond to owner: My ex wrote this review 4 years ago. He works for Tufts University in an office building on Kneeland St. in Boston. His review was referring to a job done in his office building. I’ve lived in the same house for 25 years. Whatever response you wrote is a complete fabrication and hopefully helps exemplify how you handle your business. OP: Worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. Installer was incredibly rude, left a pile of trash in my doorway, and did such a terrible job my whole door had to be completely redone anyway. Once they had my money they ignored all of my calls. Avoid at all costs.
